What type of information is collected from you?

  • We may collect your name and contact details such as email address/s, telephone number/s and contact address when you use our service.
  • Your IP address, web browser type and information regarding what pages are accessed and when may be collected automatically.
  • You may be asked to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, in order to provide you with further personalised correspondence regarding our services.

  • When you register for a GamerVenue account and/or purchase a ticket we collect your username (‘GamerTag’), email address, and account log-in credentials.
  • When you fill-in our online form to contact our team, we collect your full name, email, username (‘GamerTag’) and anything else you tell us about your needs.
  • Winners will be contacted separately for their full name, contact number and delivery address in order to fulfill our service and records.

    We may process personal information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include some or all of the following:

  • where the processing enables us to enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services / communications for the benefit of our customers
  • to enhance security of our networks and information systems
  • to better understand how people interact with websites
  • to provide e-marketing communications which we think will be of interest to you
  • to determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and advertising
  • process a job application

    a) GamerVenue: We share Personal Data with other GamerVenue entities in order to provide our Service and for internal administration.

We have service providers that provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure, customer service, email delivery, and auditing services. These service providers may need to access Personal Data to perform their services.   • The right to request confirmation of whether GamerVenue processes Personal Data relating to you, and if so, to request a copy of that Personal Data;
  • The right to request that GamerVenue rectifies or updates your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
  • The right to request that GamerVenue erase your Personal Data in certain circumstances provided by law;
  • The right to request that GamerVenue restrict the use of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while GamerVenue considers another request that you have submitted (including a request that Stripe make an update to your Personal Data); and
  • The right to request that we export to another company, where technically feasible, your Personal Data that we hold in order to provide Services to you.

    Where the processing of your Personal Data is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

We take each request seriously. We will comply with your request to the extent required by applicable law. We will not be able to respond to a request if we no longer hold your Personal Data.
